This is coaching and mentoring from an experienced professional. Your mentor works on the practical side of your growth: strategy, career moves, business problems, tough decisions, confidence, and accountability. It's not a substitute for any psychotherapy or medical care.

Who will my mentor be, and is it a real person?

A real human mentor, not a chatbot. Christian Pyrros has 25+ years of experience from startups to the Fortune 500, and every member works with him directly, including your free kickoff call. Only he reads the private messages you exchange. While an AI coach is useful for some things, it doesn't think, it doesn't know you, and it can't help you implement your vision with the speed or accuracy a wise mentor can.

How confidential is what I share?

Your mentor chat runs through a private thread between the two of you on Apple Messages, WhatsApp or Telegram, and we don't publish, sell or share your details, or tell anyone you're a member unless you say we can. Many members are senior professionals working through sensitive career and business decisions, and your employer is never contacted. What you discuss here stays here. In master classes and exclusive member chats, everyone agrees to a privacy and confidentiality policy, and we also remind you not to share sensitive information there.

What happens right after I join?

You get your mentor's private thread and your account set up the same day, and you can message him straight away. From that thread you'll book your first video session, usually within the first week. Your community access and the weekly master classes open after your first video session and privacy agreement, and there's nothing else to buy, install or wait for.

What does "unlimited" actually mean?

Unlimited covers the two things you'd normally be metered on: one-on-one text chat with your mentor, and the live master classes. Message him as often as you need, even every day, and join every master class you can on the calendar. The scheduled pieces are the ones your plan lists: your video sessions on FaceTime, Zoom or WhatsApp, plus check-ins and strategy calls on Growth and Elite. With the Growth and Elite memberships, you get more frequent video calls, and with Elite membership you also unlock private voice messages with your mentor.

Are the master classes personalized, or generic group content?

They're live master classes, included in every plan, focused on current topics the group wants to drill down on, like leadership, career growth, problem solving, mindset, communication and business. Deeper personalization lives in your 1:1 work with your dedicated mentor, your private chat, and a roadmap written around your vision and goals. Master classes also provide a different kind of inspiration and motivation from private conversations, which is why they're a key part of your success.

How much does it cost, and can I change plans later?

Essential is $49/month, Growth $99/month and Elite $199/month, billed monthly on the day you join, with no hidden fees. Every plan includes unlimited 1:1 chat with your mentor, weekly master classes and the same satisfaction guarantee. You can change plans at any time: upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at your next billing cycle.

What's the satisfaction guarantee?

If it's not working in your first 3 months, we'll make it right, or refund you in full. We only succeed when you do, so the risk of trying is entirely on us.

Am I locked into a contract, or can I cancel?

No contract, no minimum term, no hidden fees. You can cancel yourself from your account at any time and billing stops there, no email, no phone call, nothing to justify.

How much time will this take with a demanding job?

First, we super-leverage atomic habits, small actions of seconds or minutes performed each day, which work like compound interest to accelerate your results quickly. Second, with your private mentor chat and other digital features, you'll naturally reduce your wasted screen time in social media and scrolling with elevanation time. How fast will my mentor reply?

Your mentor replies inside your plan's window: typically within 24 hours on Essential, 12 hours on Growth, and 5 hours on Elite, during business days, and even weekends whenever possible.

I don't use Apple FaceTime. Can we still meet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your sessions run on Zoom, WhatsApp, or Telegram just as well. Tell us which you prefer when you book your kickoff call, and you can switch any time. All you need is a phone, tablet, or computer with an internet connection.

Question 14

What about time zones?

Accepted Answer

You book your sessions in your own local time, and early mornings or late evenings are normal if that's what your schedule needs. Messaging never needs you both online at once: you write when it suits you and your mentor replies inside the window your plan promises. Travelling or working abroad? Keep the thread going as usual and rebook sessions around the trip.
